Vince has over 20+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Mechanical Design, and Program Management. As a Design Engineer, he helped develop designs for Vari-Lite International, Applied Materials, BAE Systems, L3 Applied Technologies, and Integrated Materials. He has also supported customers in managing program financial performance
Vince has over 20+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Mechanical Design, and Program Management. As a Design Engineer, he helped develop designs for Vari-Lite International, Applied Materials, BAE Systems, L3 Applied Technologies, and Integrated Materials. He has also supported customers in managing program financial performance and resource planning. Vince holds two US patents for an automated light and semiconductor support product. Vince is an alumnus of Santa Clara University with a BS in Finance and an MBA.

Throughout the years he has helped customers with their electrical power product challenges and helping clients take their product to the next level. Richard has a broad range of experience working across several industries. Richard is an avid skier and sailing captain. In his spare time, Richard enjoys teaching others to sail in the San Francisco Bay. Richard is an alumni of Cal Poly - Pomona and Santa Clara University. Richard holds a BS & MS in Electrical Engineering.

Celebrating over four decades of experience at the intersection of engineering, R&D, medicine, and academia. Experiences include flash X-ray production, imaging, and training; pulse power machine development; cancer diagnostic research; teaching human biodynamics; and researching self-defense at UC Berkeley as Associate Director of the Martial Arts Program (UCMAP). Norman has led projects and innovations ranging from nanosecond X-ray technologies to contact sport concussion research to archaeological imaging, including work on Blackbeard's sunken flagship.
